1. Print the application forms, complete & sign them in English
2. Make sure you send all required items as described on page 3 of the
application form, including fees.

Don't forget to:
Include required financial documents (bank statement) & your Application Fee
Sign your form in English AND have a parent or guardian sign if you are
under the age of 21
Have your 'financial sponsor' sign at the bottom
